Summary: Overall, I am very happy with this product. For some reason however, it shows inverse video when playing flash videos on youtube. I thought it may be the drivers but I get automatic updates through the Ubuntu 12.04 channel when they become available so my drivers are not outdated.
Summary: The main reason I bought this card was to match one I already had. The 460 runs just about anything I throw at it and now with the second card I run three 24 inch monitors instead of just two.
Summary: Zotac shows alot of promise, I think they are a good company, but their support system needs some work. The card works good, and I think once Nvidia works the bugs out of the drivers that it will be even better.
Pros: Card did exactly what it was designed to do, deliver good performance at a good price. AVP, Bad Company 2, StarCraft 2 and many more all run at 40 to 50 fPS.
Cons: Had to contact support concerning what I was sure was a driver issue, instead I got some guy/gal that was absolutely sure that it was my power supply. Come to find out they were using the specs from a GTX480 to calculate my PSU requirements. Since I wasn't budging on the PSU issue, they decided t...
Summary: Benchmarked this card in FurMark with xtreme burning mode and it maxed out at 80c.. so the people who are saying this card runs "HOT" need to fix their air flow or get a better case. At idle, it runs at 40c with the stock vga cooler.
Summary: I don't own this particular card, but another 460 1gb. This review is to respond to one of the reviewer who had problem with 1080p resolution when connecting to a HDTV. I had exactly the same issue when I first installed my 460. The picture was wider than the TV screen all around.
Summary: My first video card i have ever bought, its pretty big in size and i dont know what peoples problems are, its quite, cool and looks AWESOME! I hope you all go out and get one. I am not interested in Hawx 2 and have therefore not installed it yet.
Pros: Great price, Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands is awesome but this card blows through it so much that i got 600+fps on it and had to enable vsync XD because of the screen tearing. I had not idea what graphics card i should get, my goal was to be able to play WoW with 60fps everywhere but dalar...
Cons: Installation was a hastle, had to install all the drivers and then uninstall them and then re-install it and it worked. It will take up 4 of your molex connectors, so i am down 2 fans in my case right now. I have seen a few artifacts during intense gameplay. AND THE REASON I GAVE IT A 4/5 is beca...
Summary: All-in-all, a great card and a recommended buy assuming fan noise is a non-issue for a potential buyer. Phenom II x2 555 @ 4.2 (20x 210 FSB) Cooler Master V8 MSI nForce 980a Kingston HyperX (4 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 SLI1: Zotac GTX 460 1GB @ 800/1600/2000 SLI2: Gigabyte GTX 460 1GB @ 800/1600/2000...
Pros: I love the fact that this card is not a reference design and has exhausted cooling via the back slots. Really helps with my system design and overall cooling. Card has good build quality and cooler seems solid. I did pull mine apart to apply AS-5 to the chip (I would recommend, Zotac's thermal pa...
Cons: Fan is a little noisy. As in, it's louder than my Gigabyte dual fan GTX 460 in the same computer, whether at load or idle, even when directly controlling fan speeds. Not really a problem, but Zotac could really jump into the mainstream if they start looking into the little things such as this.
