Summary: Bought this Zotac graphic card back in July 2011, Mail in Rebate actually arrived in 3 months from date of purchase, the instructions were not that clear and after mailing it in, I contacted mail-in-rebate customer service and the agent who responded was extremely helpful.
Pros: Price after mail-in-rebate. Works well with Dual display (PC Monitor and Plasma HDTV). Performance is great.
Summary: A single card can run most games including Battlefield 3 at 1080p with Ultra settings with multisampling at 0. In SLI mode handles 4x well
Pros: I have been running two in SLI mode since February.
Cons: Had to send one back because i was having issues with it crashing my computer. This took place about 5-6 months after purchased. Zotac was very friendly and replaced the card. I only had to pay for shipping to them
Pros: Almost silent except under heavy load testing load Excellent replacement for a 9800GT video card, noticeable improvement. DVD's look wonderful Works well with Photoshop Graphics look great Stays cool
Cons: Free shipping took 6 business days I hate cutting up the box to send in the rebate. The
Summary: I have generally not had a problem with rebates associated with purchases from NewEgg - it's one of the reasons I like to buy from here, so this rebate problem is an anomaly.
Pros: Short card (when compared with XFX GTS250 which it replaced). 2 DVI + 1 x HDMI + 1 x Display Port Seems to work fine - have not pushed it hard or attempted speed comparison.
Cons: Attempted to register product - failed - claims Serial Number is invalid. Submitted support ticket about that so we'll see what happens. Can't submit (online) for rebate without first registering product. Ergo: Rebate maybe a problem
Summary: Note: I don't overclock any part of my computer. I have a fairly small mATX case and was concerned about finding a graphics card that would fit. This card was a bit of a squeeze in my case (a Cooler Master Elite 343) when I had hard drives mounted in the hard drive cage.
