Summary: I bought this card a few months back when my card went down. I needed a quick easy replacement for cheap. The card has served me better than I expected. My system has 16 gigs of ram and a quad core amd so I believe that has helped my performance.
Pros: I have played quite a few games on high settings with this card. Diablo III is the most recent I have played. I played with almost all settings on max. Keep in mind that this card is an entry level card. Your results will not be typical depending on your specs.
Cons: Not SLI capable. Can not support more than 2 monitors at a time.
Summary: Bought 2 of these cards despite the feed back due to my budget, and I should have spent the extra on a Radeon. I've always been with Ati even when Amd bought them out for the pure fact that they make outstanding graphics cards but decided to try Nvidia and that was my worst mistake.
Pros: None that I could find
Cons: Sadly this card can only play world of warcraft on low settings smoothly. Sad Sad Sad story this card is! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
Summary: Installed on a Dell Optiplex 755. If you install this card on Windows 8 allow Windows to download and install updates before installing the nVidia drivers. Otherwise, you could get a black screen.
Pros: Runs cool and quiet Very low power requirements. It helps speed up video decoding, encoding and conversion if your program is design to take advantages of GPU acceleration.
Cons: Could conflict with Windows 8 and you might get a black screen after installing drivers. That issue is not present on Windows 7 or XP.
Summary: If I had it to do over again, I'd buy a different card. Also, absolutely DO NOT count on getting the rebate. The process is just ridiculous, and after actually getting through the convoluted mess of submitting the rebate, Zotac still denied my claim (their excuses are pure fiction).
Pros: It does indeed display an image. There are no compatibility issues with Windows 7 Pro 64. Very quick shipping from Newegg!
Cons: Literally cannot tell the difference, regardless of how intense the action, between this card and my geforce 512mb 32bit card! The fan/heatsink looks nice in the pictures, but in reality they are pretty flimsy and cheap. Beyond that, the fan is super-loud. I have four case fans in this build, and...
Summary: I had problems with AA in directx games, maybe software, but after trying fixes in Nvidia control panel, I contacted Galaxy with a detailed description of problem, and asking if card could cause that. It takes them 4-5 days, if at all, to respond to an email, or through their website trouble ticket.
