Didn't bother upgrading to the 7000 series, I just bought another one of these.

Summary: I normally upgrade my machine every 2-3 years, and now that I'm at the 2 year mark, I decided it's time to upgrade. Games such as Crysis 3, Skyrim (with around 80 graphical mods, mind you), and other super-high detail games I was no longer able to play at ultra, which really bummed be because I hate turning down Anti Aliasing, choppy edges are downright ugly.
Summary: I ordered this card about a year and a half ago and for the first year or so it worked amazing. Ran everything I had at it no problem. However, about six months ago it started to overheat and run really hot and loud even on some games that it should have no problem with (considering it is 2GB). I am not a frequent gamer, therefore I don't feel it has been worn out due to overplaying or anything of the sort. I checked the warranty and it was only one year.
Summary: This is my second graphics card. I'm now running 2 exactly the same cards in crossfirex. I love them works really great. I use both cards for better frames rate while playing and streaming battlefield 3 game footage.
Summary: Excellent card, overclocked it with afterburner to 950 core 1400 memory, and wow! It plays Battlefield 3 just fine, although it does stutter on some maps. Overall I'm very glad I purchased this card and have bought a second one to crossfire with it.
Such an upgrade from using the motherboard graphics

Summary: When I bought my original motherboard I went for the cheap and got integrated graphics, but as games got more fancy I found myself having to sacrifice the looks of the game so that my CPU fan wouldn't sound like it is going through hell. Luckily, with this I am able to max out quite a few games.
Summary: Pros: Stays cool (see other thoughts) Looks good fans are not that loud Cons: No bios switch over clock is locked in bios (see other thoughts) Other Thoughts: Card idles at about 40°c under load about 75°c under stock fan setting. Used MSI afterburner to set custom fan speed. Max of 60°c under load. Got it overclocked to 925/1475 and scored lower on bench mark.
