Summary: They've (2 Crossfire) been alright. I've always gotten decent performance out of them, but the fans are load. And I mean LOUD! Have you ever heard an F4 Phantom II doing it's run-up before take-off?
Summary: You're not gonna see this maxing out Battlefield 4 or even Battlefield 3 (although it can run BF3 on ultra, just not well), but for the price, that's to be expected. You can get medium to high settings out of most modern games though, just don't expect it to do too well with the more next gen...
Probably better to get a 2gb card now adays, but still a great card
20 November 2013
Summary: Just an inconic card. requires 150 watts of power and crossfires like a champ. dollar for dollar this was the best gaming GPU from 2011-2012. Now its been replaced by the 7870 2gb. There is a 2gb version of this card, (this isnt it), that is as timeless as the next gen 7870 2gb.
Summary: it is a good graphic card in term of performance per dollar ratio. But the quality is the problem. After about half year, it started to have graphic artifact. I had 2 of them for crossfire. By the time I replaced it with 7870. I've requested RMA 3 times.
Summary: great card have had for 3 yrs and still strong plays BF3 on ultra no problem. loud fan but what you gonna do? iv always been an Intel man. NVIDIA cards and such but this one really surprised me have had nothing but smooth gaming and no overheating even when overclocked.
Summary: took awhile to write this review but i have to say that this is one hell of a card, running 2 6870 in crossfire mode on an eyefinity 3 screen set up running on a Asus FormulaV board with no problems at all highly recommend this card!!
Summary: Have two of them working in Crossfire. For the price I love this card! Had an issue with the fan (a known thing, Google it), in one of them but XFX-support fixed it and returned it within two weeks. A good "budget buy" for performance.
