Summary: Got it back in about 2009. I was very satisfied with it. It play the (at the time) recent games like Team Fortress 2, L4D, PORTAL, Call Of Duty MW2, Alien Breed, PVK, etc on high settings and even played at the time's highend games like Crysis 1 and dead space with mid-low settings! This was the perfect starting graphics card i got and i'm very pleased to have used it in the time it was alive. Unfortunately it died on me about 3 years in.
Summary: needed to upgrade to be able to play new games impressed with it it works like a charm i could run Crysis 2 and other games in high video settings not bad for being "used" what i didn't like about this is that it has no HDMI output but hey its kinda old but it works very happy with it
Summary: Okay boys and girls here's the tale of this baby. A few years ago when I was in some desperation i went to ebay and bought a Nvidia graphics card. At that time and to this day graphic cards confused me to the point of just random guessing and buying w/e i had enough for. Looking at my computer it had a 8500 nvidia and looking online this baby was a 9500, other specifications were like braile to me idk what im looking as so i just said screw it i'll buy this one and so i...
Summary: Was a fast delivery... I must confess that I was kind of scary before get it, since it was a present for my brother and his desktop with UBUNTU, once he installed it and install the driver in the Console.. the Video Card Rocks itself... Excellent even when Linux and for PCI-E/PCI-E 2.0.
Summary: If you are looking for an inexpensive graphics card that will run your games without having to go out purchase a more powerful power supply for your computer, this is it. Installation is a breeze, and XFX site has great driver support. The card has been flawless at everything I have thrown at it, and amazingly silent. I can play Call of Duty 5 and Far Cry at full-setting. YouTube and Hulu now run seemlessly.
Summary: I needed some kind of vid card, so I asked around, and this GeForce came up a few times as a "cheaper than the best" solution. I'ts pretty straight up and all around very good. I didn't expect it to be top of the line, but it does perform better than I expected. I run 2.3Ghz 3g ram, and this more than tripled my video performance from onboard video. I'd say on a scale of 1-10, my video started at about a 2, and this card brought it up to about 8.
