Got two of these!

Summary: I've had this product for years. Bought a second one a year or two ago in order to run four monitors - that's right, four, count em four. I do a little video and most of what these two cards do is run two monitors each. A tech tip, if you want to run more than two monitors, the path of least resistance is to have two identical video cards. This is a bit old tech now and I don't think I'd buy a new one at the price listed but they have served me well.
Summary: I received this card as a gift from my dad (he's a computer nut so he usually knows what he's doing when he orders things) and it turned out to be a piece of junk. It wouldn't run ANY store bought games, even with the graphics at their lowest settings, nor will it run many free download games. I can't even burn DVDs! Needless to say neither of us will be buying any more ATI products anytime soon, very dissapointed with this one.
Summary: I picked this up as a cheap, temporary card, as well, and it works great. I don't play a lot of games, but I'm able to run Flight Simulator X at mid-high settings along with a Phenom Quad-core.
Summary: I picked this card up for $99 on boxing day and couldnt be happier. Overclocked the core cpu to 853mhz and memory to 1532mhz using rivatuner. if you try to increase clock past 855mhz your system automatically locks. excellent performance, can run most games maxed out (except crysis). great mid-range card to tide me over until i decide to invest in a hd 3xxx series.
Summary: I bought this card about 3 months ago. For the price and my current PC situation it was perfect. NO more critical errors on games. Getting 40 frames per second up to 75 fps on newer games (not crysis though). Great card for the price. Only negative is that the fan is fairly loud. Make sure u get it from VisionTek and not Diamond Multimedia, those really do suck.
Summary: no seriously its really that bad. i literally just had to yank it out of my box because it caused 2 consecutive hard locks!! this is not the first problem that i have had with this card!! its constanlly having driver crashes as well. normally i'm a big ATI fan but this card is a big piles of crap.
