Summary: I got this fast. Seems to be doing what it says but I have a problem with it. I easily and successfully added couple of extra monitors to my computer however, my speakers have stopped working. In other words if I only add one extra monitor to my laptop this adapter works perfectly but as soon as I connect the second extra monitor, I lose the sound. Not sure why? Maybe I am doing something wrong. Thanks anyway.
Summary: This is a great product. I've been looking for a long time for something that will allow extra monitors for my computer. The 3.0 USB is the way to go here. 2.0 is much to slow but I'm running this on a 24inch led monitor and see no visible lag on movies, or when dragging windows to and from the third screen.
Summary: Well priced from amazon wearhouse. The image on the 3rd screen is a bit dark/under lit and the screen doesn't have a contrast setting (Thanks Dell :( ). I hope they will update the driver to allow contrast adjustment on it. Other than that, the image is crisp and it doesn't lag. I've watched youtube 1080p on it without issues on windows 7 usb3 port. It might slow down on an usb2 port. Came on time.
Summary: Everything but the audio works on the current drivers. Difficult to get it to work with earlier driver versions but this seems to be a problem with all DisplayLink based products on the market today. The audio works sometimes but other times it crashes the laptop. Since I do not use the audio, I have it disabled now. Update 10/22/2013: The driver issues are now resolved, at least for me.
Amazing desktop extender, maybe not designed for games.

Summary: This USB3.0 product simply allowed me to add more screens, perfect for super users, doing email, word, excel and other windows desktop operations. One Issue: I experienced some issues high resolution games, that require me to unplug the unit.
Summary: This product has performed, in my opinion, outstandingly. The initial installation was pretty simple, just pop in the CD and let it guide you through the installation process. Once installed I am able to drive my 23" display at 1920 x 1080 without issue. I am also able to play 1080p video on the monitor without any lag. But, in order to do so I need to make sure I'm nut running any other strenuous processes at the same time.
Summary: Driver shipped with unit does not install correctly in Windows XP-SP3 resulting to gray bars across the intended display. You have to visit the [...] website and download this file from their download page: displaylink_7.0m0.exe You have to reboot in order to take effect.
Summary: This is my first USB display adapter, so I was very conscientious about compatibility and feasibility issues for particular configurations and loads. Struggling to find enough details in the previous reviews and on the internet to give me full confidence (but proceeding to purchase one anyway), I try to provide everything in my review that I wanted to know up front - especially detailed hardware specs for the particular successful and not-so-successful situations...
