Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 Xtreme 1GB Graphics Card Review

24 June 2011
  • Conclusion: Final ThoughtsThe point behind this review wasn’t to show what the 5850 is all about as we already know that and are all aware as to what it looks like, what technology is involved and so forth. • Pros: Fantastic value for money, Nice mixture of display connections, Rivals graphics cards worth almost double the price, Quiet cooler, Efficient running
  • Cons: None that we can see

  • Pros: » Strong performance in games and benchmarks, » Can throttle itself back to be rather energy efficient when full power isn't needed, » Didn't get hot - even in CrossFire, » Nice combination of connections out back: 2x DVI, 1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort, » ATI Eyefinity Technology - cool if you have a h...

Expert Review

26 November 2009
