Great Budget Graphics
30 December 2014
Summary: I bought this Card almost a year ago now? I wanted to become a streamer and tried to do so as cheap as possible and this hit my list after some research. In the end this is a great card. I was able to stream WoW and various other games just fine. At the time was able to run almost every game with near max/ultra settings in 90% of all games just fine. (Not anymore though as games are becoming more demanding. I run dual Monitors on this card as well.
Summary: This card is one of the best purchases I've made regarding my pc. Cant beat a $125 card that does everything you ask of it while bridging the gap between low and high end gaming cards. Clock rate is also very comfortable with the ability to reach 1.6ghz by overvolting with stock voltage I've reached 1.3ghz easy. Can not complain at all with another sapphire gem.
Summary: Good price point for performance. Did a bit of research and found this from a recommendation on techspot in their pc buying guide. There are other brands such as the Powercolor or XFX for close to or for under $100. Coming from an XFX 4350 this is a big upgrade, the 7790 is great for games, but the graphics power is not so important for youtube, HD video, general browsing or office applications.
