Driver Issue (from provided disc and AMD website)
Summary: It's not a hardware issue, but a driver issue. The card runs in safe mode and without the drivers installed, though you can't play games. Once the proper drivers were installed, the screen distorted into pink and white horizontal lines and finally crashed to grey, which required a hard reboot. I tried it on two computers, both running Windows 7, and encountered the same error on both once the drivers were installed.
Summary: Video card with drivers installed (Windows 8 does this automatically) does not work. The screen goes black (not off) after Windows loads but prior to the login screen. A web search for "HD 7750 Windows 8 black screen" or similar indicates others have had the same problem. I read through some of the tips provided on blogs, including but not limited to booting in low resolution mode and trying other high resolution monitors, but I was never able to get the card to NOT...

Overheated poorly designed cooling system, performance considerably worse than an XFX 7750

Summary: OK I understand this is a low profile board, but for that reason I expect the cooling to be well designed and thought out -- that's not the case. I got this card specifically to run inside a media center PC. And when connected to a new 4k tv, it quickly went over the 100C mark and powered the PC down.
Buyer Beware Sapphire Warranty/RMA and Amazon customer service

Summary: I have used this video card for 4 months since purchase. I was happy with its performance and connectivity options. However, after four months, my PC began freezing during video playback, requiring a restart. It then began to freeze and then restart itself and would refuse to wake from sleep state. I initially believed it to be either an OS problem or a problem with the SSD and was preparing to purchase a new one and re-install the OS.
Summary: This looked great in the Tom's Hardware reviews and comparison charts, but it's extremely hard to clear out the old drivers (also for a Radeon card) and install the new ones effectively. I've swapped the new one and the old one too many times to count. If I'd kept the original packaging I'd have returned it.
Summary: The Sapphire Radeon Ultimate etc is a good quality product. But. The drivers and support online and by phone are hard to reach. I expend hard amount of time trying to figure how to install the new drivers from the web site and disc, after I think when I was successfully installed the secreem turns blue stating that it's a bad driver installed in your computer. Reboot and try again. I did this about four times. Untill I got grouchy and frustrate.
Summary: Good package, good looking - just one problem - it doesn't work. Works with Win7 default drivers somehow and crashes immediately with anything else - drivers from CD, MSI drivers from card support page, AMD Catalyst of couple revisions. Sent it back. Very disappointed and regret my choice over the HIS.
Summary: I loved the idea, cost and specs of this card for an HTPC / low-end gaming rig. I was able to run everything using the default VGA windows driver so I don't believe the card I got was defective but it would crash as soon as I used the AMD provided drivers (both 12.3 and 12.4 CCC). I am running Windows 7 64-bit and a 650W PSU out an HDMI connection so not having the HDMI audio working because of driver problems was a bummer. I returned it the next day.
