Not right for HTPC

Summary: I think this is probably a fine card for most, but I have a PC set up as a HTPC. The on board HDMI doesn't carry the load very well, so I thought this would be perfect. It does work well and carries HDMI and stopped the studdering issues i had. The issue really is I think is the ATI software and drivers. I have it connected directly to the 42" LCD. I have to use the over scan feature to make it fit.
Summary: I purchased this card to improve the video performance of my computer, because I've been using the built in video card, and so far it has worked with no problems for about a month. The Radeaon HD5450 didn't really improve anything when it comes to video performance, although it's supposed to have more memory and speed. I even noticed an annoying slowdown when I right click on my desktop to save something. Overall this card is weak and I don't recomend it.
