Summary: -this card surpassed my expectations -i get almost double FPS in bf3 compared to my hd6850 on ULTRA (hd6850 was a mix of high and ultra, with shadows low no aa) res at 1080p -the only con is that the card is a little louder than my old card under heavy load when the fan surpasses 50% speed ( the asus directcu version 1 was much quieter) but the card definitely runs much cooler with the DUAL-X fans so i guess its a trade off, better cooler vs slightly louder not sure if...
Pros: Dual-x Cooler is very efficient, almost double FPS compared to my HD 6850, card never got hotter than 55 degrees, idles at 26 degrees(winter) never surpassed 55, 28nm is very efficient
Cons: cooler a little loud 50% + load, even though this is the new version of the sapphire HD 7870 i still get black screens, i recently got the card RMA'd still waiting., Despite calling and requesting a refund i was sent a replacement, with the exact same SKU, Sku "11199-16-20G" is on the sapphire forum & known to have black screen issues, fingers crossed that my RMA doesn't have the black screen issue. I will update my review after getting the new card, sku "11199-16-20...
Summary: Bought a pair on Dec 26th and could not be happier. Upgrading from a 5970, Crossfire 7870's have been nothing short of amazing. These run cooler, consume less power and kick the crap out of my 5970. They do run a bit warm under load. My slot spacing is tight so cards are choked for air. Waterblocks are on order. No driver or crossfire issues, using 31.1 drivers and rock solid. 200+ frames in FarCry 3 If your looking for max frames without draining the wallet ..
Summary: Lots of people on a site that starts with new said these cards were horrible, they say that the card overheated, crashed and alltogther this is bad card. Seems like that site just had bad stock because my card is fine. That aside NCIX said this card has a 1200mhz oc it doesn't the card is clocked at 1Ghz.This card runs cool (under 65C) and chucks out around 50-60 FPS whatever game I play.I bought this card on a suprise special for $200, just to think one year ago a card...
Pros: Queit,Cool,High Framerates,Bought at a great Price!
Summary: With the amount of power this thing has you expect max FPS without tweaking on maximum settings on any game, but across a wide selection of games and a variety of settings the frame rate varies heavily.
Summary: I stress tested this card out of the box, it never got above 68c. The cooler on this is amazing, and the fans are the quietest I've ever had. Throwing Metro on ultra, Far Cry 3 on ultra, or any other game I own, this card throws out a solid 50 fps+ at all times.
Summary: I pushed this to 1220 core and 1500 memory and it still stays cool and it has more room to go in the future. It has exceeded my expectations, actually. Idle temps are at 36 - 41, depending on if the window is open or not. Load, overclocked has yet to pass 64 in Furmark. Gaming on it since it was installed too. Average gaming temp is 58 degrees. My GeForce GTX 465 was a good card, but hey, upgrades. AMD's multi-monitor setup is quite nice.
Pros: Cool, quiet, overclockable
Cons: Coming from an Nvidia card, the lack of PhysX and other goodies.
Worth every rupee. Best Price-Performance ratio at the moment.

Summary: I've done a lot of research before buying this card. Best Price-Performance ratio at the moment. Best money I've ever spent and I'm very satisfied. Buy this card with eyes closed. PS: Plays all latest game titles on maximum settings beautifully at 1920x1080 (Full HD).
