Summary: I bought this to save a little money with a new build a year ago so I could play Battlefield 3 on higher settings. I can run this on a 2008 Asus board with Intel Quad CPU and 10 gigs of RAM. Now I run BF3 on ultra settings with no lag. I love it!
Summary: This card was easy to install in my Lian-Li standard ATX case. It requires 2 6-pin PCI-E power connectors from the power supply, so make sure those are available. The card runs much cooler than my previous Nvidia 9800GTX+. The fans rarely spin up past 50%, so it stays quiet. According to other product reviews, this card also has very low power consumption, dropping down to less than 10 watts at idle. It runs games just fine.
Summary: I already have an identical card made by another manufacturer (Gigabyte). I wanted to try crossfire with my existing card, just for the hell of it (I can run most games in ultra settings). However, because of how fast these cards gets sold out on other retailer sites and how the manufacturer doesn't make them anymore, it was nearly impossible until I decided to search it on Amazon. I must say that its availability despite being open box was astonishing.
