not compatible with Vidock 3

Summary: This product was packaged nicely and includes adapters and stuff you need to basically connect to any display out there. But It didn't get recognized by my laptop using a Vidock 3 through expresscard 1.0. The thinkpad R400(win 7 ultimate 64) won't detect the card even with up to date bios and drivers for the GPU. My Chipset is Intel GM45 or 945GM. If your laptop with a vidock wants to use this card, be aware that it might not work with GM45 chipset.
Summary: I bought this for my home theater machine in hopes of giving it a 3D boost over the onboard Intel. For the 3D stuff I threw at it, I suppose I was satisfied. But the 2D video quality forced me to ultimately remove it. I first tried it with the drivers from Windows Update, but had problems with video stuttering, fuzzy text, and of course no controls to speak of. I loaded the ATI drivers and used the various options to attempt to fix my problems.
Summary: I had high hopes for this card, but I was unable to get the HDMI port to power a second monitor. I contacted Sapphire who said the port was defective. Kudos to Amazon for the quick shipment of a duplicate, but the same problem existed on that card as well. After trying to get it to work for over a week I gave up and ordered another brand.
