D.O.A.

woodfoe, Amazon
10 December 2012
  • Summary: Yeah that's right, it was D.O.A and maybe it was just a fluke but if that's the kind of quality control this manufacturer has then I simply have to rate it a one star. Enough said.

great

Tissa, Amazon
4 March 2012
  • Summary: Very good card and am very happy with its performance. It can play all games I throw at it on max settings, with smooth gameplay. It can also run games across 3 monitor eye infinity , but performance decreases if you try to run high end games on ultra. I just went ahead got another to put in crossfire and now there is nothing the two cant handle. The card is quiet up until 55%, after that it gets pretty loud.

Add some Water cooling!

Manfred K. Dulle, Amazon
17 January 2012
  • Summary: Ok so it is an excellent card.. VERY NOISY.. and hot if you dont want the noise.. However, adding water cooling (EK Waterblock ) made it SILENT and allowed me to clock it up substantially.. cant get the nerve to go for 1000, but Im clear and free at 980 mhz mem at 1475 voltage at 1250 using unlocked MSI afterburner.. I run 3 screens super high resolution, and it is max settings everywhere.. Eats up BF3 and Crysis2 and really performs well in IRACING..

Monster card, for a monster case.

mad G.I., Amazon
3 January 2012
  • Summary: Well I have installed this in my "dream" system, finally, and I can't be happier, so I have ordered a second. I can't wait to see how this plays on my 55 inch LED 3D TV. Again, this card is big, and all the cool graphics on mine, are on the face, so the side is boring, but the card runs great, just need lots of room, and lots of power, to be on the safe side. I have the second card going into my HAF X 942 case.

Great for the money

Stephen, Amazon
21 December 2011
  • Summary: For someone who doesn't overclock and doesn't care about the pricetag, this is a great card. It is very quiet and so far is torching everything I've thrown at it. Shogun 2 at Ultra, Skyrim at Ultra, etc. The card handles Battlefield 3 everything on Ultra in 720p just fine with an average of 45 FPS. For multiplayer, I turned down a setting or two (AA slightly down, AF slightly down, and one other setting) to maintain around 60 FPS and that works for me.

2 Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 = WOW

David McKee, Amazon
11 December 2011
  • Summary: I can't rave on these cards enough. I'm a avid gamer and hardcore photoshopper so good display cards are a MUST. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to have 3 displays hooked up at maximum resolution but I finally did. I'll never buy NVidia again...
