Failed in less than a month

GSEFcom "GSEFcom", Amazon
25 February 2014
  • Summary: Despite the good reviews, this card failed in less than a month. The seller, Spicy Bomb, agreed to take it back and refund the purchase price. That's great, but I ended up paying for the initial shipping to me, and then another $11 to ship the paperweight back to Spicy Bomb. Most of these cards may be fine, but look for somewhere to buy them where you don't get stuck for shipping.

good graphics card

Happy in Ky, Amazon
10 January 2014
  • Summary: I installed this on a media center computer build, I use this to run a 20" monitor and a 42" flat panel TV. I have used it to stream movies from Amazon Prime and have had no issues from the card or picture quality. Have also used it with You Tube and other web surfing. The quality is excellent and I would recommend this to a friend. Only word of caution is this card does not come with a fan and graphics card can get warm.

Works solid, supports Dual-Link DVI, high Windows Experience score, quiet!

Darren Meyer, Amazon
8 August 2013
  • Summary: While this video card will not perform as well as high-end cards, it's a very good trade-off. Fanless design keeps the noise level down, and the performance on even the most modern 3D games is solid -- you can't play on max settings always, but you can still set fairly high and get excellent playability. Supports dual-link DVI well, drives my hi-DPI IPS panel with no trouble. HDMI output works seamlessly. Did not test DisplayPort.

Nice card; takes up two slots

zeke7 "zeke7", Amazon
22 June 2013
  • Summary: Nice card, good to have something relatively beefy that is still air-cooled. This fact is doubtless in the documentation or other reviews somewhere, but I didn't see such, so to bring it to the forefront in case it's a deal-breaker for someone (it might be second nature to vidcard enthusiasts, but I haven't owned a card this big before): with the radiator assembly, the card occupies not only the PCI-e(X16) slot it plugs into but also covers the card slot immediately...

Works on Mac OS X Mountain Lion

Justin V., Amazon
12 June 2013
  • Summary: I was looking to replace my loud MacPro Apple-bundled ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT with something quieter. However, I was worried that the card (a) would not work at all, or (b) require third-party hacks (modified System files), or (c) drivers (with worries about updates down-the-line). However, the HD6670 works out-of-the-box. Observations: 0) I couldn't believe that my computer was actually on. The system fans are basically inaudible. I can hear the hard drives seeking.
