Card has stability issues. There is virtually no support from Sapphire to resolve driver failure to respond and restart issues
24 April 2011
Summary: Terrible card that is not ready for selling to the public. Card has stability issues. There is virtually no support from Sapphire to resolve driver "failure to respond and restart issues" messages that occur in Windows 7. Card finally died and I am having problems trying to obtain an RMA from Sapphire.
Summary: I went on a tear with upgrading my computer, which already had an Intel i7-920 processor. The one downside I faced when buying a new video card was that I needed a card that would run with a 460w power supply and this was the best card that I could find that stayed within those limits. I have been very happy with the card, which does run Directx 11, so games and other graphics can look their best.
Summary: I was looking for a budget card that would perform well on games like World of Warcraft and Starcraft 2. This card does a decent job. I am able to run WoW at almost Ultra, with just Water and Sunshafts tuned down a notch. SC2 runs at Good-High. The problem I am having with this card is getting multiple monitors set up with the DVI - VGA converter. It may be my monitor however. I have an extra case fan blowing on this to keep it cooler as it will get hot if you OC it.
Summary: Wow. Standard issue HP desktop. Replaced power unit with a 550 watt off the shelf unit and added this video card. I play flight simulator games (both RC type and Wings of Prey stuff) and the improvement was unbelievable! Best upgrade I've made. Ever.
Summary: Great card. has issues with dual monitor when PC wakes from sleep mode (only one monitor is recognized, requiring system reboot) Tried older dual link vid card worked fine, I will just deal with it
Summary: I've owned this card for about a month now and haven't had any problems. I can play BFBC2 on maxed out settings at 1680x1050 (medium resolution), or at 1920x1200 and reduced settings. Either way the game looks great and is a huge step up from Intel HD (integrated Clarkdale). BFBC2 is the most stressing game I own, so that's all I'll comment on, but I'm not really a hardcore gamer so I envision this card lasting me for a few years.
Summary: I bought one of these recently to run it in crossfire w/ an existing oem 5750 in a system I bought. This was before I learned much about current generation video cards. If you are a buyer that is looking to buy 2 of these for crossfire. I highly recommend you stop right now. With the onslaught of next gen gpus coming out, prices on many quality GPUs have come down. So much, that you can get a ATI 4870 (a much more powerful card) for just $99.
Summary: Sapphire HD5750 card works great with HDMI display and Windows 7 64bit and i7-920 processor Used this product for over six months. AMD updates easy to install (better than Geforce) pros: Extra outputs (HDMI, DVI) very nice Sound HDMI RealTek compatibility very good, ATI software support outstanding cons: Finding AMD software support patches can be a pain sometimes
Summary: Windows 7(64) never even had to use the disk that came with it. SO far everything works great. LOTRO in DirectX 11 looks and plays great. No issues with anything so far. Overclocked, it still runs great. Full load Temp is less than 40c and that was without my case fan that I forgot to hook back up..:-) If you are having problems with this card to start with then return it.
