Yeah, so I get it – the Radeon 3870 is sort of old news by now right? Well sure it is, but that doesn’t stop it from being one of the better graphic card values out right now – in fact, at its current price range of anywhere between $150-$200, it presents itself as an excellent PPR (performance-to-price-ration) proposition. Even though the Sapphire Vapor-X Cooling Technology is a nice feature I think the implementation of it could be better. Under load the fan is so noisy that you feel like throwing the card out of the system right after installation. Yes, the card runs quite cool but what does that help if you can't stand the noise.
