Summary: Coming in at $229.99 at the time of writing, the PowerColor R9 270X PCS+ 2GB sits in the middle of the pack when it comes to overall pricing. We've got a few cards that are more expensive, including the Devil 9 version of the card from PowerColor, which sits at $239.99.
Summary: PowerColor's R9 270X PCS+ is the best R9 270X I've reviewed so far. While it still has its flaws, they are mostly minor. The card is overclocked to a frequency of 1100 MHz out of the box, which is decent; some other R9 270X cards go higher.
Pros: Competitive pricing, no price increase, Overclocked out of the box, Memory overclocked, too, Backplate included, Low noise, Free mobile power bank included, Native, full-size HDMI & DisplayPort
Cons: Could be a bit quieter during gaming, No support for AMD TrueAudio
