Summary: Card has the power it promises, but overheats so easily it isn't even worth it. I would suggest getting an ASUS 6870 instead of this card. (I am going to buy the 6870 in the near future and try it out)
Pros: This card was a good upgrade from my nVidia 250 GTS. It ran games like BF3 at a higher FPS and PSX emulation was a lot better.
Cons: This card overheats all the time and is very junky. After putting it in my system my computer has crashed many of times on games like SC2. With my old card I could play SC2 with no problems, but with this card SC2 crashes after about 2 games if I run it on medium graphics when the other card ran ...
Pros: Hey, this was a nice graphics card when it ran and maxed out most games quite fine.
Cons: Unfortunately, this is also my second card having the first DOA. The second card lasted ms about a month(Since December) with rather a large abundance of graphical problems as well as downright failures. Now it's artifaced. Great if you get a good card, otherwise spend that extra 20$.
Summary: If you got the money go ahead and by another video card with better reviews. You might get lucky and find one that works effectively though.
Pros: I had one that worked for about a month and a half. It's cheap.
Cons: The first one had visual issues right out the box but somehow started working. A month and a half later I move some loose metal in my case and it sparked effectively rendering it black screen. Ordered a second one and it didn't even last a whole day. It just fried on me during my game play of Mas...
Summary: If you're lucky enough to get one that works, it's probably a good card. Mine wasn't and it seems like I'm not the only one. I normally don't give bad reviews, but this card earned it.
Pros: When it was running fine, it did seem like a good card. It was pretty quiet, it ran Skyrim and SWTOR on maxed out settings with no problems.
Cons: Where to begin? The day after I got it, I went to YouTube and found that it would crash my system whenever I watched a Flash video. I found that if you disable hardware acceleration, it won't do it, because apparently Flash was making some kind of call to the card that caused it to crash. My comp...
Summary: Tried to uninstall to reseat, removed and reinstalled drivers. Nothing helped. Bought in Nov. for Xmas present so of course, past 30 day Newegg return. Powercolor RMA is a painful process. No status unless you call repeatedly and pester.
Pros: Played WoW and SWTOR for almost a full day at highest settings. Great visuals...
Cons: Died after installed less than 24 hours. Black screen - no video.
Summary: As I said the card was great when it worked, but for now I would avoid this card.
Pros: While this card worked, it was great. Any of the games that I played ran well and overall I was getting good performance from the card.
Cons: After about a month of use, the card just failed (screen went black and went into power save mode, and I couldn't get the card to output any video again). I'm going through the RMA process with powercolor. When I called the their tech support he asked what model I have, when I told him the 6870, ...
