Summary: I got card for $45 used I played every game I ever wanted to just not on high setings so if want cheap good card can't beat price all in all worked fine even being used.good starter if broke need card for gaming fast.
Summary: Works great for the price. If your a first time computer builder this is great. Would recommend to anyone who wants a cheap card to mess around with. Get another for sli and can play most games easy.
Summary: This video works great for the price. The only problem I have with it is that the fan is constant speed and quite loud. I think a variable speed fan would have been a big plus for quieter operation during low demand times (most of the time). Looks like the card has a 3 pin connection for a variable speed fan but the one supplied is only a 2 wire. Probably something that can be done easily enough but adds to the price if you want a quiet system.
Summary: Ordered this item last month because my card crashed, still have not got the item and can not cancel the order. I already bought another computer because it was taking so long. Just hope I can return the darn thing.
Summary: I love the 9600's look, its not just a simple graphics card, its an amazing card that can run all the games you want, and by saying I love the 9600's look, I really mean that the card itself is so sexy. I have a thing for the black fan, its probably my most prized component of my pc!
Summary: My Dell 8400 running Vista would not run Fallout 3. The Vista graphics score on the machine was 2.7. After installing this card it was 5.9! It is working fine with the original 350W power supply. Fallout 3 (the most hardware intensive game I have) now runs great and it selected the high graphics setting. Even regular Windows tasks snap up on the screen as compared to before. You can hear the fan but I did not find it loud enough to be annoying as some users reported.
Summary: i over clocked this baby to 770 core clock and 1100 memory and this thing flys for those who don't want to spend a million dollars buy this card and overclock it. i can run crysis max resolution on high very well and on medium with no problem with dual core 3 gh processor and 3gb ram on vista. once again great card.
