Summary: I had been running 2 PNY GTX 580's in sli which were great but used lots of power and created lots of heat, had to run their cooling fans at full while gaming, I installed this GTX 680 and WOW ! it runs cool and quiet and runs circles around my old 2 graphics cards.
Summary: You really cant go wrong with a GTX 680. I wont bore you with Stats and Benchmarks that you can look up on google. But what I will do is tell you some interesting facts. Summary: I've had this card for about 2 weeks now and it seems like it has caused problems in the two different machines I've put it into. I'm told it could be power supply related. I did buy both machines at the same time from the same company so, theoretically, both could be 'going out' at about the same...
Summary: This video card is a tame beast! I used to run two GTX 465s in SLI now this one GTX 680 gives me 20+ FPS more than the older SLI cards with games. My older video card fans and other computer fans are louder than the GTX 680.
Summary: I bought 2 of these cards upgrading from 2 GTX 470's. Some games such as Borderlands do not like SLI on these dual cards. Otherwise fantastic on all games after got the bugs worked out and SLI turned off.
Summary: MY PNY video card was awesome and very fast. PNY tech support is horrible. My cards fan stopped working making it overheat and shut down my computer. When I emailed, they could not find my registration and therefore no warranty support, even though i have my invoice.
