Summary: I already owned one and ordered a second one for SLI. When I received the second one I noticed a difference from my first card. It seems PNY has changed the cooler on the card to a system that doesn't vent the air outside of the case as well. Personally I like the old one better.
Summary: First let me start by saying that it is my mistake in thinking the XLR8 label immediately meant this was the same as all PNY 460 GTX XLR8 labeled cards. IT IS NOT. This version is not Overclocked. It comes with a 675 Core Clock vs the 765 Core Clock of the OC version, and a lower 37.8 Billion/sec Texture fill rate vs the OC's 48.4 Billion/sec, among other differences in performance.
