Anyone have any luck ever contacting Palit?

Summary: Looks as though Newegg has pulled their products. Thank you for doing so this company is obviously unreputable, guess my next step is the BBB.
Pros: worked for a short time
Cons: Have been trying to contact Palit for over a year while my card is still under warranty. Phone number is fake, no contact number on their website, will not reply to the countless emails and rma requests.
One of the fans was making contact with the card. I had to return it.

Summary: I bought this card even though I have no knowledge of the manufacturer. The card is a high quality video card. But the two fans are sandwiched between the card components and the heat sink. There is very little room for error. One of the fans was a bit off balance in its rotation.
Summary: Doubles my frames-per-second over the HIS IceQ Radeon HD 4670 1GB. Examples (according to fraps benchmarking): Homefront - HD 4670: 12-18 fps GTS 450: 29-26 fps Rift - HD 4670: 15-25 fps GTS 450: 32-51 fps Borderlands: HD 4670: 15-27 GTS 450: 55-62 That should give you an estimate on performance.
Pros: Plays Rift on Ultra at 40+ fps on my 1600x900 monitor. I bought it strictly for that game. It has lasting value as it will make a great PhysX card once I upgrade again. I bought this one because it was factory overclocked and I am an Nvidia fanboy. I love AMD processors, but when it comes to GPUs...
Cons: I didn't get to buy it from Newegg, because it was out of stock. Curse you Newegg, carry this card!!
Summary: Great card at a great price. This card prooved me wrong and will keep my eye out for these Palit cards down the road.
Pros: I purchased this card for my media center PC due to it's low profile and direct HDMI output. The card stays very cool and performs noticibly better than my EVGA GTS250. I play FIFA 2011 and GRID at 1920x1080 with settings cranked up and they run smooth. Don't under-estimate Palit as I did before ...
Cons: I'm not a fan of the looks of this card but since it's used in my media center PC I don't really mind. Personally I would not have purchased this card for my gaming rig but that's just me being picky.
Summary: Based upon my experience with the rebate processing firm I reduced a 5 egg rating to 3. (no the first time this has happen with 4MyRebate) The lack of accountability and responsibility of the rebate processing firm ties directly to the company using the service.
Pros: Card works well for a GTS line card. Reference design used in card is clean and it performs well. No glaring faults, a good card for the money (if I would have received my rebate).
Cons: I would have provided 5 eggs but the rebate company used are what amounts to crooks. I submitted all the information in the required timeframe and mailed the docs quickly. 2 1/2 weeks later they denied my claim without any notification. I was checking on line and found the denial. The stated miss...
Summary: This supposedly has a 22A current requirement for PSU rails, but it's not true. I'm running this on an Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU with my x4 640 and 880G motherboard with 4GB of DDR3 1600, and it works fine for hours on load.
Pros: This thing runs significantly better than I anticipated for a very reasonable price. With my AMD x4 640, it runs Crysis on all high settings at 1600x900 hovering around 45 FPS, Mafia II on highest settings 1600x900 without PhysX around 50 FPS, and King Arthur Role Playing War Game at highest sett...
Summary: i got a 5770 for Chirstmas and it didn't work so i sent it in and got this one because of the rebate and man o man am i glad i got it.
Pros: This little card overclocks like a beast! i have it oc'd at 1006 core. and it never goes over 50 degrees C. Also its very small compared to other cards. fits perfect in my mid tower. Best GPU I've ever bought.
Summary: Never purchased this brand before I've read both good and bad reviews on the card and thought I would give it a try, unfortunately I wasn't one of the lucky ones.
Pros: worked good for about 24 hours
Cons: started making a sizzling noise and locked my computer up (not an over closer and my pc temp was around 33 F) shut my computer down then powered back up to find no video signal, tried reseating it several times today to no avail.
