still runs like a champ 3 years later!

Skyler, Amazon
23 December 2013
  • Summary: I bought this card roughly 2-3 years ago. (around when it came out I think). I am still using it as of this moment and it runs like a champion amongst champions. I have only had 1 issue with this card. The driver would sop working every once in a while but it always recovers and after that it's good to go for a few more months before it did it again. I got this card just before the Z77 chipsets were released and the 3rd series of intel chips were released.

  • Summary: Bought this thing brand new about 2 years ago and it still runs Flight Simulator X on ultra high settings and pushing 30FPS on exterior shots. Very stable card, and very worth the price now!

Perfect for a SLI

James Maday "Jimmy", Amazon
3 November 2013
  • Summary: This graphics card is a few years old now, and though nVidia still supports the drivers for it, it doesn't actively sell the 500 series graphics cards anymore. This particular model only has 1 cooling fan, which I find insufficient compared to the ASUS 560 ti that I have in a SLI which has 2. That said, I changed my case fan setup around so outside air is blowing directly on the cards and they run cool enough now.

Good card

Brian Gasperson, Amazon
2 October 2013
  • Summary: I'd recommend this to anyone who wanted good value, especially on the refurbished cards. I haven't had any problems beyond the drivers, which haven't really cropped up with a driver update. It was easy to install, and the quality of the packaging and additional materials was quite satisfactory.

Requires use of older drivers

Steven, Amazon
28 June 2013
  • Summary: I had some serious issues using the latest nvidia driver. Screen would black out, first thought was the card had some issue. Read the forums and Installed the older dated drivers and work like a champ.

Excellent Video Card!!!

Cree, Amazon
4 May 2013
  • Summary: I bought this card along with another GTX560ti towards a SLI config and these cards run super cool and both combine speeds faster than a single GTX660ti and GTX670. My scores are posted on 3D Mark that are faster than many other cards. They have been very stable, quiet, and reliable. If you can find these for around $100 they are going to be just as fast as a Radeon 7850. Highly recommended for those on a budget!!!
