Zachary S., Newegg

  • Pros: It is working perfect.
  • Cons: Watch the DVI to VGA adapter you use. Some of them may-not be compatible with it. I'd suggest to look at your adapter before ordering this card.

MSI AMD quality

Richard L., Newegg
24 August 2015
  • Summary: I didn't need a super powerful graphics card, but wanted something that was decent. The 1GB of RAM is plenty for editing pictures as my customer will be doing. It also is nice that it's 2.1, and it works great. The software took an update right after install, and it is performing as expected.
  • Pros: cost, size, fan, speed, quality, DVI and HDMI
  • Cons: n/a

Works Great

Tom H., Newegg
4 August 2015
  • Summary: Have to give credit to MSI. Since the day I installed this card, I've had at least 3 driver updates notices from the supplied MSI Afterburner software. I did the updates each time and this card keeps working very well. MSI does keep you current with the latest drivers.
  • Pros: I'll start from the beginning...I had this card stored away for at least 1.5 years. Originally bought for our old Win XP Pro computer we now no longer have. The CPU on our newer home built computer is the i5 4440 -3.1 to 3.3 GHz. For months I was just using the Intel 4600 graphics built into the ...

Great for Price

Drew Canada, Amazon
17 May 2015
  • Summary: I bought this as a start-up card for my computer. (FX-9590, ASRock 990FX Extreme 9) Just to play some minor games and browse the internet until I built up my Steam account and needed a bigger graphics card. This card by a lot, over performed what I expected.

Does what it should do.

Eli G., Newegg
15 January 2015
  • Pros: I've had no issues with this card and have been happy to have it.
  • Cons: It's performance is lacking in many games, but this is to be expected. That is not this cards function. It works well for normal usage and watching videos.

Great all around

Tikiman48, Amazon
11 September 2014
  • Summary: This graphics card is a no brainer. If you need a card for light gaming ( I mean light!) And HTPC usage, this is the card for you. It stays very cool with the stock cooler, even when over clocked 100 MHZ from stock.

Great HTPC card

Rebecca W., Newegg
3 May 2014
  • Summary: I only use the HDMI, so I can't comment on the signal quality of the DVI or VGA connections. Using Xubuntu.
  • Pros: Cool Quiet Quick I use this for an HTPC with light linux gaming. It maxes out X3 at 720p (which is no real feat) and plays 720P video on silverlight and flash. Also plays DVD's with a good tear-free quality. If I wanted to support Sony and buy Blu-Ray, I believe this card would play it without a ...
  • Cons: AMD linux drivers. They really need to work on them. Every few times I boot it comes up all fuzzy which is corrected by changing the resolution and changing it back. I have tried every driver package currently available with no luck. MSI Afterburner not available for linux. DVI is DVI-D only. Thi...

Good value

Steve B., Newegg
4 February 2014
  • Summary: This was not purchased for my main machine, where most of my gaming is done....so I can't elaborate on how well it will do with new or semi recent games. GREAT VALUE.
  • Pros: Price. Compact. I purchased this to upgrade the video card in my Shuttle HTPC that wasn't acting nicely with an upgrade to Win 8. I didn't need a "gamer" card, just one that was compact enough for my case, displayed Blu-ray well through a HDMI connection, and maybe able to play a few games as wel...

Good Card for HTPC

Steven B., Newegg
2 January 2014
  • Summary: I got this card for a HTPC build of resurrected parts. The video quality is great (over HDMI). Some have expressed that the fan is loud. Mine makes some slight noise, but is only audible if there is nothing on and the living room is super quiet.
  • Pros: Low cost, Quiet, low-profile brackets included
  • Cons: I couldn't get it cheaper. $5 rebate isn't even worth my time. Some buyers got this card for $15 with a rebate. I wish I could have saw it when that rebate was active. The $5 rebate that accompanied my purchase (while nice) isn't really worth my time and hassle. Not going to take an egg off for t...
