Summary: Although this is a pretty decent stand alone video card for the money, it does not work well with AMD Dual Graphics. This is NOT the fault of AMD or Walmart...it is simply on the shoulders of AMD. In this case, the "micro stuttering" was severe and performance was no better than using the graphics chip alone. I'm naturally disappointed but probably not near as disappointed and AMD engineers. I will return this video card.
Summary: I bought this to upgrade an old Win XP machine that my family can use to surf the internet and play a casual game on. The original card would randomly stop sending a signal to the monitor. With this card I was able to plug it in to the PCI-e 2.0 slot and turn computer on. No power connection needed. It draws its power from the motherboard. Turned on the computer and it instantly was recognized.
Summary: The Good: Works very good simultaneously running a 1080P television through HDMI and a 1280x1024 desktop display through VGA. Playback of HD video quality is excellent, no jitters or visual artifacts whatsoever. Very happy with this card, a good choice for HTPC users.
