It works fine!

Anderson J., Newegg
16 October 2013
  • Pros: I used it to play league of legends at high setting and it works fine. Very quiet and I would recommend. I've been using this for 2 months and no lag what so ever. Also I got their rebate card after 2 months if anybody was wondering.
  • Cons: none!

Screen Flickers

Kenny V., Newegg
19 September 2013
  • Summary: I was using my on board 3300 series and bought this to upgrade my computer. With the drivers installed the video does improve with higher performance. But the screen flickers. I am better off with the mobo GPU.
  • Pros: Does not need all the extra power Looks cool
  • Cons: Screen Flickers! Uninstalled and re-installed drivers a bunch of times. Followed AMD's instructions to a tee. Tried everything. Searched for days. No matter what I do, I get screen flickers.

Jerky

Stanley R., Newegg
31 August 2013
  • Summary: Tech support responded quickly to the problem of not filling the screen. I'm going to send this back and hope the next one works better.
  • Pros: Inexpensive
  • Cons: I had to adjust it to fill the screen at 1920x1080 (a common resolution nowadays). My Mahjong game tiles had a blue tint on the borders. The real killer was Angry Birds was jerky. Also, the Furmark doughnut moved in a jerky fashion during the test.

Poor HTPC video card

Jeff C., Newegg
22 August 2013
  • Summary: Picked this up to "upgrade' the video in my homebuilt HTPC, which is running a Phenom 9600 chip on an Asus board. HDMI runs to an Onkyo AV receiver, then outputs to a powered 1x2 HDMI switcher, and is finally routed to a Panasonic 50" plasma and an InFocus X10 projector.
  • Pros: Quiet
  • Cons: Issues with HDMI handshake. Slower than old HD4850 card.

works great

Bradley W., Newegg
21 August 2013
  • Summary: Solid 4 star for me because I don't mind tinkering.
  • Pros: Works perfectly. It doesn't look bad.
  • Cons: Doesn't fit quite right. I had to mess with the mounting to make it fit. Front facade is too big and I have to be careful when I remove the front panel of my case(arc midi r2).

Excellent overall

Joseph G., Newegg
19 February 2013
  • Summary: Would be a perfect card if I could fix the flashing. Not the only one with this problem, either.
  • Pros: Quiet, simple set-up, good game performance.
  • Cons: Screen flashes when exiting or moving from Flash videos. Unsure how to solve, as I've disabled the overclocking tools.

Nicer than expected

Paul H., Newegg
20 January 2013
  • Summary: I would highly recommend this card for someone wanting a fairly inexpensive unit with excellent results
  • Pros: Easy setup and installation. If you're expecting to get the best quality to play the latest and greatest games, this might do it. To my suprise, the Hardware and Devices properties of this card gave a 2.8GB of RAM shown for this. I was very surprised. It will play Crysis 2 with ease and WoW on Hi...
  • Cons: I really did not want to take an egg off for OC issue. Not much a extreme graphic detail oriented gamer. The Over-clocking properties will only let you controll upto 85% of the full potential with the supplied program. If you want anymore than that, you'll have to find another way. Otherwise, no ...

cool!

Travis W., Newegg
17 January 2013
  • Pros: -Managed to snag this during a sale and with manufacturer rebate only cost me $24.99! -For that price this thing runs like a champ! -Doesn't need external power, just runs on PCI slot.
  • Cons: -pretty big, almost cuts off my second PCI slot.

Great Card for the Price

Gary G., Newegg
16 January 2013
  • Pros: Very pleased with this card, replaced a Ge Force 9600GT card that the fan had went out. This went in to a 2 1/2 year build system, money is tight and for 74.00 can't complain about the price because I can't do a full build yet. This is not a high end gaming computer so card works well.
