Summary: This card is a powerhouse, it handled the Arkham series, Skyrim, Space Marine, and Borderlands without any issues. I only upgraded from it for 2 reasons. #1: No DX 11 support. And #2: Only 512 megs of memory. Card will overheat if you stick it in a case without sufficient airflow so make sure it has a clear path to an intake vent or fan.
Summary: I purchased this card because I did not keep my Dell Windows Vista clean and the card installed overheated and shut down. Although the computer continued to work fine, my DVD did not work. After removing the old card, I noticed all the dirt and muck in the fan and realized what the problem was. Anyway I ordered this card and i am quite happy with it. The seller also sent it in a timely fashion.
Summary: I sold this a few months ago for upgrade. but this card get a great use (and abuse) from me and still do the job. highly recommended if you want a cheap but awesome card. BTW, I want to bet that everybody knows about the 9800 fiasco, but if not I tell you that all 9800 series was the 8800 with new number name. yup, you get a nx9800gt and you are paying more money for a new sticker on the card and a new box but is exactly the same thing.
Summary: This is my third MSI 8800GT and I have to say that over the past three years I have not had a single issue with MSI products. Here is a card with the performance that has been more than average and able to run most of the current pc games with ease. Now considering this card is only rated as a mid range GPU, you will not be disappointed in it's performance! If you are looking for a deal on performance with budget in mind, look no further!
Summary: I have two of these cards and have used them in SLI mode. I have 4 GB of memory,XFX750i motherboard,Intel Q9550 Quad core proscessorKINGWIN Mach1 power supply 1000W. The video is outstanding and I always update my cards with NVIDIA every month or when new updates come out.
Summary: I bought the MSI NX8800GT just because it has 2 DVI plugs and soon after I got it I found than apart from that, it's a great video card for doing my work as web designer. Having two screens at the same time saves a LOT OF TIME and allow you to make things faster, use different applications at the same time, etc. It's fast, reliable and affordable. The only thing that confused me at the beginning is that I was plugging it and getting no signal on the screen.
