Summary: runs cool, never had any click noises are anything out of the ordinary and doesnt play crysis on high, but i plan on getting another one of these and try it again. plays everything else great tho.
Pros: The card is a definite buy, i recommend it to anyone looking to beef up there system.
Cons: The noise and length play a factor but id rather had those then a garbage card thats quiet and not as big.
Summary: Works well with an Elite Group ECS motherboard.
Pros: I replaced a 7800 GTX that has broke with this card and my frame rates went from an average of 120 to 200 in the CS source stress test as well as being able to run every game I play on high settings and no lag. I'm impressed with the card as it has blown away a 7800GTX I bought for 4 times the pr...
Cons: I haven't experienced any cons with this card besides the rebate being falsely advertised. It only applies to purchases from January 1 to the 31 of this year and I bought this card in Febuary with no warning that the rebate was not valid- Newegg should not have advertised this rebate if it was al...
Summary: Super fast shipping NewEgg!! Always a pleasure!!
Pros: Got the card to run my new build, installed with out a hitch, runs without one too. Plays Assassins Creed, WoW, Witcher and Fallout 3 wide open, no slow down or skipping. Looking to get another one an push it in SLi. Geat deal for the buck.
Cons: Card is a bit long. Fit in my Smilodon perfect. For some though it might be a problem, make sure you measure first. Other than that not a con in sight. Some motherboards might have a space issue as the card is thick as well.
Summary: May or m=May not be causing my computer to lag from time time time, May or May not be the source of a VERY loud clicking noise from time to time, unsure. Card is loooong, I have a full ATX case and it gets cramped.
Pros: Works good, so far played Burnout Paradise on its maximum settings w/o a problem, up next is Doom 3, Fallout 3 (the big test), and Far Cry 2.
Cons: Loud at start up. You'll see other people post about the same issue. You'll say to yourself "pfft, how loud could it REALLY be?" let me tell you, LOUD. Audibly, W/O Restraint. But after your OS boots it quiets right down. More of an inconvenience rather than a problem.
Summary: Replaced an Nvidia Geforce 7300 SE that could not handle old Star Trek Armada game. As always Newegg Rocks. Got next day delivery and was up and running in minutes. Would recommend this card to everyone. Running on: Asus M2N-X Motherboard with Athlon 64 2.0 GHz 2 GB RAM 320GB HDD
Pros: Excellent card. Fits snug in case. Plays the Far Cry Game that came with card and others without any lag.
Summary: Besides the cons from above, this is overall a great bang for your buck. I would recommend this if you are looking for something with great graphics at a reasonable price that will be able to play anything you can through at it.
Pros: Great graphics, price. Far Cry 2 was a bonus. I bought this because i only had a certain ammount to spend and wanted a DX10 card to play alot of the new games i have. Overall plays all my games on high with no lag.
Cons: - Cards fan gets pretty noisy at times, sounds like a jet airplane taking off under high load. - PCIE power connector is at back of card, which if you dont have a huge case like my self wouldnt be able to use this card.
Summary: I've read several reviews saying the card is loud, I've not experienced it at all. I've spent several hours playing games and it's not overheated, nor has it given me any problems like others have stated. This card replaced a radeon HD graphics card..
Pros: Games are running smoothly set on high...getting awesome framerates, makes gaming experience so much better. It's quiet, not really all that loud on start up as some reviews have stated. Had no problems installing the drivers FROM THE WEBSITE, not the disk, it's so outdated. Far Cry 2 (gift) is a...
Cons: Not really a con so much, as the drivers are outdated that come on the cd. It really is a pain to install, you need to get it lined up perfectly for ease of installation and make sure you have a case big enough for this card before you purchase it. My case is large, and I barely had enough room f...
