Summary: My MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card (N680GTX-PM2D2GD5) in my other gaming i7960 overheats unless I use the MSI afterburner. The card only has one cooling fan. Games fine but just runs hot. In contrast, I decided to purchase a cooler running card and got the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 680 OC 4GB GDDR5 DVI-I/DVI-D/HDMI/Displayport PCI-Express 3.0 SLI Ready Graphics Card GV-N680OC-4GD.
Summary: Alright, so... the card is good, but i am a little surprised with it's rendering. I had a GTX 580 AMP! before and it was about the same fps in BF3, so.......little disappointed with the card. Also, i can't overclock the card to play BF3, something is very wrong here. I have an i7 960 processor overclocked to 4.0Ghz. 12GB RAM overclocked to 2000Mhz, so it should'nt be a hardware problem.
