Summary: I am running this GPU along with a Xeon E5420 (2.5GHz, 12M cache), pushing visuals to a 42" HDTV (using 1920x1080). I've had very few issues running anything I've wanted to run, depending on settings. My rule-of-thumb is, if it's a game from before 2013, it will run on the highest available settings with no problem; almost all games from 2013 and 2014 run very well, with some tweaking.
Summary: Easy to install, minimum power requirements and has three real world outputs: dsub, dvi, hdmi. Renders blu-ray well so long as you have a good player installed (Cyberlink). It will also play most games at mid levels.
Summary: Initially my computer would not recognize it. I had to install some updates using the driver update program which came on the install cd. Initially used the RGB output with a splitter to send video (no sound) to computer and HDTV. Had to purchase and install PowerDVD 10 to get my new LG BlueRay disk drive to read BlueRay disks to send to tv; however, not able to play copy protected Blue Ray videos even though my system is HDCP compliant.
