  • Summary: Goal: I bought this card to run video and graphics intensive editing program without any drop in framerate. Reality: Photoshop CS6 runs no lag even with 600ppi and video editing is good with expected lag from high resolution. Conclusion: expected quality from a sub $60 card, but was expecting for for the price. i love the MSI's afterburner OverClocking software, but still not completely satisfied. CHEAP CARD=CHEAP UPGRADE, dont expect more.

Great Low Profile card for HTPC

Nephilim "Neph", Amazon
9 April 2014
  • Summary: Low profile card in many ways - its both form factor low profile and its thin enough for a HTPC job on some old computer that only have a pcie card located right next to the case. Did not use it for gaming but for netflix streaming, and some various other streaming sites I had no problem.

  • Summary: The Review: The GT 610 is an amazing low end card, it'll fit in practically any case and has an HDMI output, making it a great buy for your HTC; And with some slight overclocking I've even seen this to get an average of around 30 FPS in some of the slightly older modern titles (BF: Bad Company 2 for the specific reference, and only on lowest settings at 720p; But seeing how it isn't marketed for visually intensive gaming, this is pretty decent) and I've seen it able to...

Great for what I currently need

Kelly, Amazon
10 March 2014
  • Summary: Works great in my current machine and will transfer to my new build (when I get around to it.......). Even on this old DDR2 system it's sped up my games and smoothed out some that were a little choppy. Can't wait to see what it will do on a new build.
