Fast but loud

K. Matney, Amazon
3 January 2014
  • Summary: This card is very fast, but gets loud while gaming. In fact it can get so loud that I would purposefully lower the resolution and eye candy in games to try to keep the card cooler, and the fan noise down. I tried to customize the fan profile to make it quieter, but then it ran really hot, and the fans would intermittently switch to full speed to keep it cool, which was annoying.

  • Summary: This video card handles all my old and new games on the highest settings. The fans do get quite loud as a result, but I have not tweaked the factory overclock. Overall, I am satisfied with the card for the price I paid for it. If it was not on sale, I would look at the Nvidia GTX 660 Ti (or something higher) cards as the Nvidia GTX 560 Ti is already at its end of life.
  • Pros: Two fans, Quiet at idle, Good quality, Looks nice in the case
  • Cons: Can get quite loud and hot on factory overclock

  • Summary: If you want a good card with a nice factory OC, then this is a good choice. Of course, with the high clock speed, you have to accept some level of noise from the fans. In my case, I just never expected the fans to be as loud as they were when they went above 50%. The cooler does an OK job of cooling, but it's certainly not stellar on this card...
  • Pros: Nice factory OC. Performs well.
  • Cons: According to MSI Afterburner, runs rather hot (especially the memory). To get the temps down, have to increase the fan speed. Beyond 50%, fans become more audible. 60%+ becomes almost annoying.

Great card for the price

MaadDaawg, Amazon
19 November 2012
  • Summary: I built a MaadDaawg Performance Computer using two of these in SLI. Sold quickly and the customer is extremely happy. With a factory clock setting of 950Mhz and the dual fan cooler, this is one of the best buys for GTX 560 Ti cards!

  • Summary: Excellent card. Keeps up with the latest games , even on high resolutions with a little afterburner boost :) The sound of the fan isn't noisy at all, idle is around 26 degrees and hits 40 when running a game. Sometimes 50-60 depending on the complexity. Install was a breeze and i would recommend it to anyone.
  • Pros: Performance surpassed my expectations, Fan noise didnt exists, and installation was easy.
  • Cons: No stickers XD
