Summary: Card may have gotten damaged through electrical issues despite the use of a UPS. Been a year and I get consistent blue screens related to the video card, but soon as I fix one I get a new one. Card overall seem fine.
Pros: Cheap, easy to install and an overall decent value
Summary: Only 4/5 stars as it lacked an SLI bridge and I had to purchase extra 6-pin connectors - but otherwise they are sound and run well. Some noise once the fans kick into high gear but with 3 running at once, the sound isn't too bad in my machine.
Summary: Solid construction- enormous, quiet fan, keeps the GPU consistently cool....performs well in all my games with 'High" settings @ 1960x1080 on a 26 inch LED monitor.. I did want the 560, but at the time was $100 more..
Summary: Great card for lower res gaming (less than 1080p)
Pros: Very good card for lower resolution gaming. My monitor only supports up to 1600x900 and it runs all the games I play (BF3, WoW, CoD, Skyrim) maxed out (minus shadows) at 40-60 fps. Stays cool, never gets over 52 degrees C on all those games even after a few hours while overclocked to 1025 MHz core.
Cons: Card could be a little cheaper compared to other offerings. $10 more gets you a Radeon 6850....
Summary: It is a nice card if you feel like spending about 100-130 but if you chuck in a good 40 dollars more you could get a much better card like a 560 or 460. Get it if you want a cheap card that can run games well but not the best.
Pros: This card is a good value for the price. It is able to run most games I have attempted to run at about high-max without problem. It could be a better card but for the price that I bought it for I am not complaining. It is much better then my old Radeon HD 5670.
Cons: The only cons I have found is that for one it is a huge card and has to take up a extra PCI Slot. You could buy a much better card if you spent maybe 50 more dollars. The only other con I found is my friend thinks the fan looks intimidating.
Summary: This GPU has real served me well. I would recommend this to people who want a great gaming expierence without paying a lot of money
Pros: -I am able to enjoy very high quality games such as bf3 and Crysis 2 -OC program is bundled with GPU giving you the ability to increase it's performance -Pretty cheap for such a great graphics card
Cons: -When playing a game at a high quality the GPU can't keep up sometimes which causes frame rate page and horizontal lines to appear on the screen -mini-HDMI adapter broke upon trying to fit it in to the port on the GPU which is WAY to close to the top of the GPU
Summary: While I'll admit, that i needed a replacement card for my GTS250, I did not do my proper research, While the 550TI IS the newer card, newer does NOT always mean better. For the same price as the 550, you could get a 460 and get 144 MORE cuda cores.
Pros: Great price for performance, looks bad amazing(although you'll NEVER see it), above average cooling, DX11 capable, handles most of my games with above average settings on graphics, 192bit pathway, GDDR 5 memory, 192 CUDA cores.
Cons: Value pales when compared to it's older brother GTX460, 192 CUDA core vs 336 on 460.
Pros: Outstanding for the price range. Runs most games on visually nice settings. More amazing if you get two for SLI. Not the greatest, but still good. Stays quite cool, even when overclocking it. Hardly evers get past 75c. Great starting card
