Summary: This product did not do what I wanted it to do, I was under the assumption that this would create 3 separate monitor screens when in fact it was just one. The customer service was okay, for the return.
Summary: Matrox has a long way to go. I bought two of these to operate 6 screens after running their compatibility software. Well, the two devices did work but very poorly. Here's why: (1) The software mentioned that I could run screens up to 1280 x 1024. Not true. The devices worked but the maximum resolution on each was 2400 x 800 when running both and 3840 x 1024 if you were lucky when running one.
Summary: I got this device, after much excitement and anticipation only to discover that the DVI adapter did not work. I e-mailed the company for Technical Assistance and over a month later...(Still no reply). I finally ended up paying my own computer technician to come over and set the system up using the VGA adapter. I would not recommend this product ever again to anyone.
Summary: This maybe a great product but it totally did not fit our needs - we needed a solution for our Front of House and Rear of House plus outside monitors at our church - United Christian Church (UCC) of Garland, Texas - uccgarland.com - we run EASY WORSHIP 2009 as our base product and we looked a youtube video that recommended this product.
Summary: We use this brand at my job. They get hot very quickly and burn out after about 6 months. I have been forced to use these for about two years now. What a rip off. I truly hate these little fire boxes.
Summary: THIS COULD BE A GREAT PIECE OF HARDWARE, HOWEVER YOU NEED TO LOOK TO COMPATIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTUAL SYSTEM, GO TO THE MATROX WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THE COMPATIBILITY TOOL BEFORE YOU BUY IT. YOU WILL FIND OUT IF IT IS THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR SYSTEM.
Summary: I had not heard good things about the products manufactured by this company. The Matrox came with a problem and it does not work!! I live out of the US and now I have to go through hell to return it. I'm extremely dissapointed! I will never buy anything from this company again.
Summary: What a wonderful idea! One video card driving three monitors! Well, some wonderful ideas turn out to be a dream. Reviewers that give this product more than ONE STAR (Zero is not possible) must have low expectations. This product should be avoided. I follow the instructions per the internet (nothing was included in the box), downloaded the latest drivers and attempted to setup the program. Each result was worst than the last. Like watching VGA at the lowest settings.
Summary: Terrible customer service from Matrox.... Good luck if you have a problem.... Product was defective out of the box... Return to amazon was a nightmare... Before you order try to find a phone number for amazon returns.... Difficult to get through... had to request return label three times... All callS are routed to India and you can't understand a word they say. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM AMAZON OR MATROX!!! NOW LETS SEE IF AMAZON DELETES THIS REVIEW..
Summary: I'm disappointed in that I couldn't get the T2G-D3D-IF unit to work on my Dell Inspiron 8200 with 3 Samsung 213t monitors. It only passes the signal to 1 of the three. Only after the purchase of the expansion box did I find out that my computer and graphics card was not compatible. I had to go the the Matrox website, search around for a compatibility checker software download, and then find out that my system would not work with the unit.
