Unrecognizable junk on the three displays

John Angelich, Amazon
8 February 2014
  • Summary: Disk included does not contain the driver, must get driver on- line. Windows 7 is incompatible? Don't know what the problem is? There is no online help, no number to call for assistance and very little to nothing for instructions included. Does not include 2 DVI cables needed to connect three displays, had to go out and get them. Plugged it all up and got garbage. Attempts to troubleshoot were futile. I gave up pretty quickly here.

Don't waste your time

Raskolnikov, Amazon
25 November 2013
  • Summary: I tried setting up three monitors to a new laptop and it looked awful. I ended up with one green-colored, extended screen that spanned over 3 monitors. I did not waste my time trying to tweak it at that point as it did not appear to be working even close to its advertised performance. Instead, I spent a few more dollars to buy a new desk top with inputs to hook up three monitored and that worked much better.

Not sure how to feel

Rosendo Rodriguez, Amazon
19 November 2013
  • Summary: This product did not do what I wanted it to do, I was under the assumption that this would create 3 separate monitor screens when in fact it was just one. The customer service was okay, for the return.

Very Dissapointed Indeed!

Larry L. Saxxon, Amazon
15 August 2011
  • Summary: I got this device, after much excitement and anticipation only to discover that the DVI adapter did not work. I e-mailed the company for Technical Assistance and over a month later...(Still no reply). I finally ended up paying my own computer technician to come over and set the system up using the VGA adapter. I would not recommend this product ever again to anyone.

Save your money

Jessica Martin, Amazon

  • Summary: We use this brand at my job. They get hot very quickly and burn out after about 6 months. I have been forced to use these for about two years now. What a rip off. I truly hate these little fire boxes.

  • Summary: I had not heard good things about the products manufactured by this company. The Matrox came with a problem and it does not work!! I live out of the US and now I have to go through hell to return it. I'm extremely dissapointed! I will never buy anything from this company again.

ATTENTION MAC USERS

Martin-Charles, Amazon
3 April 2009
  • Summary: As of April 2009, this product IS NOT COMPATIBLE with MacBooks that have Intel graphic cards. I called Matrox in Montreal (the maker) and only MacBooks with Nvidia or ATI graphic cards are compatible and the "new" MacBook pros (aluminum casing) ARE NOT compatible with this product as well. The product description on Amazon should be modified accordingly.
