Cheap! For non-gamers only, minimal update to older integrated graphics

Summary: I got this graphics card hoping to get a little bit more life out of an old budget desktop computer running a Pentium Dual-Core E2200 processor with integrated GMA 3100 graphics. I do think HD videos play a little bit more smoothly now, but scrolling around on graphics-heavy webpages (e.g. google+) is still a little choppy. Probably have to upgrade CPU as well.
Summary: This is an excellent low power graphics card. Works well with dual monitor, and light gaming. Catalyst Control Center does not want to install on Windows 7 for some reason though, but everything else still works.
Summary: This video card was a low profile one. The thing about it is theres a s-video and a new generation DVI port. You must purchase the converter, upon recieving the converter you may find the next interesting feature(at the from the one we got).
