Summary: I used this to upgrade an HP small form factor desktop that lacks sufficient power to handle most graphics cards. Install was quick- unscrew the full height bracket so the card would fit in a low profile slot, change a few BIOS settings, and reboot. While this won't turn the PC into a high-end gaming rig, the higher screen resolution and improved graphics performance is a nice upgrade.
Cheap! For non-gamers only, minimal update to older integrated graphics

Summary: I got this graphics card hoping to get a little bit more life out of an old budget desktop computer running a Pentium Dual-Core E2200 processor with integrated GMA 3100 graphics. I do think HD videos play a little bit more smoothly now, but scrolling around on graphics-heavy webpages (e.g. google+) is still a little choppy. Probably have to upgrade CPU as well.
Summary: This is an excellent low power graphics card. Works well with dual monitor, and light gaming. Catalyst Control Center does not want to install on Windows 7 for some reason though, but everything else still works.
