Summary: I waited to write this review because I had read that these cards can go out in the first few days of use. So far I have not had that problem, everyone said they are incredible if they work. Please do not go out on me because you have worked so well.
Pros: Overall very well constructed graphic card. No problem at all, works as it supposed to work. Have 2 of them working trough CrossFireX for rendering video. Doesn't require additional power supply.
Pros: I had to send my card back for an RMA to Canada... I thought it was going to take forever. I sent it USPS and it took 5 days to reach the boarder, clear customs, and be delivered the warehouse - I was tracking it online.
Cons: Well, sending an RMA to Canada is international mail, kind of sucks but it worked.
Summary: I got the standard too bad, no diagnostics, no suggestion other than swap the card and see if the new one works. That is a good diagnostics tool *if you have another card. I had an old ATI card and yes it worked.
Pros: Seemed to work rather well, for a while.
Cons: Didn't last very long, about 4 months. Hard to find the AMD support numbers and it was a waste of time calling them.
Summary: These are great 3D cards for workstations running Autocad, but for every 3 I order I get one that is defective. Amazon is great about returning the cards but the failure rate on the cards are high. Typically if they are going to fail they do so in the first 2 or 3 days after installation.
Pros: I haven't been using this for more then a week yet but I have opened up a 1gb file in cinema 4d that was displaying pretty well. I don't have much to compare with but things were surprisingly smooth for that large a file (with just geometry that is)
Summary: This video card is a "mid-level" card according to some, but it performs extremely well in our machines. This is the 2nd v5900 I have purchased for our office. Granted both computers have at least 16gb of RAM, so 2gb dedicated to a video card is not much from the system. I noticed that this vid card comes with a connector wire for high end computers that can handle 2 video cards.
Summary: I purchased this workstation video card since august of 2012, I never used the eyefinity tecnology, just worked in google sketchup 8 for one month, the driver doesnt worked with a good performance and my autocad 2013 said that my video card has not certified driver, i donwloaded every version and nothing, maybe my card was dead for the beginning and until the last week it die.
Summary: Video card works great.....easy installation. Recommend!I bought it for 3d modelling.....great price to performance ratio. Would recommend to others. Very quiet compared to my old GTX-295 video card.
