Summary: Pros: Just received two of these cards today and unlocked all 1536 shaders on both of them. Stock voltate with 900Mhz core clock. ...mining BitCoins Cons: None Other Thoughts: Do not flash this card with a 6970 BIOS. Save a copy of the existing BIOS and then unlock the shaders with RBE. I did the flashing off a bootable USB drive with DOS. I used atiflash and did both cards. 1. Saved stock BIOS as 6950.bin 2. Opened 6950.bin in RBE 3. Fourth tab, unlock shaders 4.
Summary: Fist want to say I bought this model of the card for the cooling system, I wanted a powerful but silent computer, and this one seems the best choice. PROS: Excellent performance, beautiful design, and stays cool all the time. CONS: When idle, fans run at 30% of speed, making audible noise. I've noticed that at 20%, it gets refrigered equally well, but without that noise.
Summary: unlocked and and overclocked to 900/1400Mhz 1.165v with 1536 shaders Pros: Easily unlocked and overclocked max temp 70c on full load and 36c on idle @ 1600x1200 res and I bought it just for $171.95!!!! Cons: Just a little big... rather than that is OK. Other thoughts: You will need a good power supply mine is 650w. Edit : I change my power supply because the first one blew up....
Fast, cool running - even when overclocked, excellent deal, quality

Summary: Excellent video card. Gigabyte does it again. This replaced another Radeon HD and was the type of upgrade that on paper didn't seem "that big." However, after installing the card and re-installing the latest AMD/ATI drivers, I was smiling from ear to ear. The three fan setup is super-cool running at stock speeds and continues to keep the card running cool when overclocked.
