Summary: Installed this in our HP Pavilion Slimline s5123w due to the vga connector breaking off. Install was easy for us amateurs(plug and play) and the graphics are better now. The low profile plate does not fit the vga connector so you will need a cheap DVI to VGA adapter if your monitor uses VGA. I highly reccommend this product for this computer.
Summary: I bought this card to stick in an HTPC, and for that purpose it works well. It can handle 1080p videos with ease, from flash videos to bluray movies. It's fast enough to enable Aero, and Photoshop runs quickly. HDMI output means no-fuss connection to the TV. Since this is an entry level card, don't expect to do anything other then the lightest gaming on it.
Summary: A very decent graphics card for the price. I haven't tried playing any games (I am not a gamer), but it works well for video/photo editing. Of course, the CPU will do the most of work for heavy duty video editing, but this video card is a great budget card if you are not a gamer.
Pros: Low cost, Dual monitor support, HDMI and DVI out
Summary: I purchased to use in a small form factor Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop for dual monitor support. I had to find a 2nd d-sub from another video card so that I could mount the d-sub connector. The video card does work with d-sub and dvi connectors at the same time to support dual monitors.
Pros: Straight forward install
Cons: If you plan to use in a low-profile chassis, it does not come with a 2nd bracket for D-sub connector.
Summary: I had this card for three weeks now to this date. I put it inside a 2007 dell model computer. It's a low profile card. I knew this card was going to be good after a long research. I recommended this product...I got this card because my video card was dying and I kept getting the blue screen of death and corrupted lines images on my monitor... This card solved the problems. No more of that and by the way I don't play video games on my pc its usually on my game console.
