Powerful and noisy.

Altaku, Amazon
15 September 2014
  • Summary: Great performance in every game I have played, from BL2 with Phyxs than even in the heavier moments I has mantain over 30FPS, but mostly 50-80 FPS. Even BF4 runs smothly with this card. Only "problem" is that those 3 fans are loud as hell, but not big deal to me since I have a headset that doesnt let me listen to it.

High Performance Decent Price

Winterlights, Amazon
11 September 2014
  • Summary: Okay, last time I bought a graphic card was 2005 so anything was going to impress me. However this card is a good compromise if you want high power but want to spend a bit less than top of the line. So far its swallowed anything I could throw at it on high settings. This was for a new gaming rig and I couldn't be more pleased. The triple fans are nice if things heat up. I haven't even heard them yet though.

Loud-ish, but wicked good.

Michael T Rodriguez, Amazon
3 September 2014
  • Summary: Fans can get a little loud at full force, but sucker be fast and priced well, so YOLO I guess. Running Far Cry 3 at 1080 with everything on high / ultra and 4x MSAA with a constant 50 - 60 fps on a 8 core AMD @ 3.6 ghz. I regret nothing.

  • Excerpt: Not cheap by any means, but cheaper here than competition. Card is super silent and cool. Runs games at Max res without stutters or slow downs. If you have the cash - totally worth it. Make sure you have 1x6 pin and 1x8 pin connectors available and at least 600w PSU. She's thirsty...

  • Summary: Fast, stable and numbers of fan. Price is a bit expensive. Great overall GPU. Runs most games at Highest settings excluding some AA settings. For example, when playing tomb raider, with TressFX and SSAAx4 on, the FPS does drop  to around 40-45. Thats only during moments where alot needs to be rendered though.
  • Pros: Fast, stable and numbers of fan
  • Cons: Price is a bit expensive

Great Card!

Lina Suarez, Amazon
29 August 2014
  • Summary: It is CRAZY fast, I chose this card over the R9 280X because this card was cheaper (MINEEERSSS!!!!) and gave more FPS than it's competitor. The cooling is simply amazing, it hits 62-70 degrees when gaming and 76 in burn tests. Silent and Powerful.

  • Summary: I was originally looking for a good r9 290 but it was a bad time cz those crazy mining craps sky rocket the price, so i got this instead, not as powerful as 290 but way cooler, not bad alternative.
  • Pros: Powerful, quiet, cool.
  • Cons: Noting particularly.

Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GTX770 OC - 2048MB GDDR5

Imran, TakeALot
14 August 2014
  • Excerpt: Awesome card, runs all games on ultra. Will be far superior to the titan in SLI, but delivers amazing performance on its own, a very good value for money even at AMD level cards that deliver similar performance. An excellent top tier card from Nvidia with amazing service and delivery from Takealot(keep up the good work).

Exceeds expecatations

  • Summary: My MSI 7950 died and I was posed with a very valid argument as to get either a 280x or the GTX770. Both are currently at similar price points and are both comparable in terms of performance. However the sheer build quality and design of this excellent card has enabled me to massively overclock this card it is now running at around 100fps on ultra, BF4, only a few frames behind the titan and 780. That is a remarkable feat for the price these are currently going for.

for whom this card was a nice present "Overclocked this is on par with an r9 ...

Alexandru Ionel, Amazon
29 July 2014
  • Summary: I will quote my son's review, for whom this card was a nice present "Overclocked this is on par with an r9 290 stock. It's the same chip as with the more expensive enthusiast gtx 680 and has higher bandwith (7ghz gddr stock) and slightly better performance. Considering I've upgraded from a HD 4870 - r7 260/gtx 650le equivalent, it's a huge step up. This is the way to go if you have a use for the extra cuda cores and bandwith in rendering or editing.
