Summary: It worked fine for about 6 months and then started going black which caused a computer restart and display the blue screen of death. The problem varied in failure time...sometimes right away sometimes after as much as two hours of play.
Excerpt: I got this card to replace my 9800gt with plans to go SLI in the future. Runs mos AAA title at max settings. Crysis 3 at 50-60fps with high settings @ 1080p. You won't find a better card at this price-performance ratio.
Summary: So far this is an awesome graphics card. I bought this card because my Radeon HD 4870 was too loud, too hot, and constantly has issues with drivers. When I booted a game I had speckles or artifacts all over the screen. It was random.
Pros: Quiet, runs cool, AWESOME graphics and stable on max settings. I also love the open heat sink assembly because it will be a whole lot easier to simply spray off with canned air. My old card had a closed case over the heat sink that required complete diss assembly.
Cons: Power plug is on the side of the card instead of the end. My old card had the plug on the end which makes the inside of the case appear cleaner and improves air flow since most of the wiring is hid better. This doesn't reduce my rating but it would have been nice if it were located at the end of ...
Pros: The price was spot on for what I wanted to pay. I don't game at all so I only wanted this for low level video conversions.
Cons: I thought since this was a refurb it would have any kinks worked out of it. I keep getting system freezes and blue screens. Returning to new egg and purchasing a new GPU from a different manufacturer.
Delivers excellent performance at reasonable temperatures.

Summary: Every time I run a current game, this card surprises me with the performance it can deliver. I tell my friends "I have a gtx 660!" and they say "that's a last generation card, get with the program.
Excerpt: Excellent card for its price. with this I am able to run all my games at Maxed settings with 40+FPS. The fans on the heat-sink are very quiet at idle but when you ramp up the speed they are quite loud, just something to consider if you are planning a 'quiet pc'.
Summary: Bought this to run "Cliffs Of Dover". My PC had no installed graphics card, but plenty of memory and a good processor. This is a BIG card. I was worried about getting it in there, but it JUST fit.
