For the price of this card you can get much more power than this

S King "S King", Amazon
10 July 2012
  • Summary: I purchased this card by mistake - should have known just by looking at the cooling on it that it was weak. It's not a TI series, it's also not 448 core. These are things you should be looking for - at this price range - this card is overpriced. I ended up with a 560 TI 448 core Asus for the price of this - that's the best bang for your buck...

Great card, smart buy

Home Theater Enthusiast, Amazon
16 June 2012
  • Summary: This card (superclocked edition) outperforms the 560 Ti with many games, and its $50 cheaper which is great for those looking for bang for their buck. Like others have said, this card is pretty quiet compared to other cards. It eats pretty much any game I throw at it, and the Gigabyte OC Guru software that comes with it is nifty in that it shows GPU temp, power usage and fan speeds. as well as other things. It's worth noting that this card is massive and heavy.

Great, but with some major problems

Andrew, Amazon
9 June 2012
  • Summary: This video card was fast, quiet, and met all my expectations as the video card I was looking for. I had a problem that began shortly after installing the video card into my computer. Even if I try to watch a simple youtube video, my screen goes black and I get this message: "Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered. Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 301.42 stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Great graphic

Tee42, Amazon
21 May 2012
  • Summary: I bought this graphic card as a gift for my boyfriend, who uses his computer mainly for gaming and All I can say is he stopped plaing PS3 and XBOX because of this graphic card. He absolutely loves it. In matter of fact I am purchasing him a new monitor because his monitor cannot match up to the pixels that the graphic card provide. Hands down a great purchase.

a good replacement video card for the money

Professor Anthrax "Gentleman of Fortune", Amazon
11 May 2012
  • Summary: I have been building my own computers for 10 years; for my last build, I installed an EVGA 8800GTX video card (at the time I bought it in 2006, a bleeding edge video card). It lasted until this previous January, when it finally burned out. I researched the replacement carefully; I had a very limited budget, yet I still wanted to play all the latest games (such as battlefield 3) on a 24 inch monitor with decent graphics and no lag.

Nice upgrade!

Jason Bayer "Bayer", Amazon
15 January 2012
  • Summary: I upgraded from a pair of 8800GT's in SLI to this card and i'm not sorry. The price was right and this card is nearly silent. Skyrim plays at high graphics and WOW has no problem in ultra. Sometime in the future I plan to get a second card to run SLI again but at the moment there really is no need.

Bang for the buck!

Carrie, Amazon
19 December 2011
  • Summary: I needed to replace two 4870s in SLI, but I only had $200 to spend. I did a lot of research, and decided on a GTX 560. Why get a 560 Ti when this card is actually clocked higher, and costs over $50 less? I popped it in, installed the latest drivers, and loaded some games. Skyrim went from minimum to high graphics, automatically! It used to look just like Oblivion, but now it's a brand new game. WoW runs great on Ultra now, with full DX11 support.

Extremely Quiet and solid Card

SWS, Amazon
20 October 2011
  • Summary: Even at fan speeds of 100% I cannot hear anything. My previous video card would run at 90C + playing dead island. but this card hovers around 70-75 celcius and when the fan goes up to 100% i dont even hear it. Great job Gigabyte. I knew I should have bought Gigabyte rather than dive into a another manufacturer card which gave me huge problems. I will stick with Gigabyte video cards and never look back.
