Summary: I may have been unfair in my previous review since the HDMI audio works quite well in Windows 7. Furthermore, I have owned dozens of Gigabyte products over the years and they have ALL been qulity procts.
Pros: Performs as expected and yes HDMI audio works in Windows 7. I'm not sure why it didnt work in windows vista as it ids the same exact card. Windows 7 ranks it as 6.4 for Gaming graphics
Summary: Here's the thing, I'm not even sure It's even supposed to be capable of sending sound out the HDMI as there is nothing about it in the documentation. My fault really for not checking the Docs BEFORE buying. I just assumed that it did since all the other HDMI capable cards I've owned had Sound.

Cons: This comes with a Low Profile Adapter. Something that was key in my search for a replacement part for a slim PC. However, unlike other cards from this manufacturer, the VGA Header Pins are at a right angle upward right at the top of the card, extending up above the low profile adapter. So even if...
