Summary: Bought these for a project some time back. They have not fail with all i have thrown at them. Even runs BF3 at all the highest settings in SLi Vsnyc at a solid 60 FPS. Now for the rest. Make sure to put them on a MB that has ample space between them. Reason is: Even with 5 120 M fans the top card wont stay cool when full tilt gaming even when not even overclocked. I have seen them hit 90* C, more then a few times playing Hawxs2 and a few other games with Vsync off.
Summary: 2 copies of this in a row have now broken the same way - they start fritzing out when in a game with vertexes and polygons flying all over the screen - both times with adequate cooling, gpu temps never getting anywhere near a high temp one would have to worry about. I will be avoiding Gigabyte cards from now on.
Summary: Nice little card wish I had it sooner. I bought mine on EBay as a new unit never used for $138.50 good price for it. I should have bought the other one the guy had and SLI them but such is. Played most of my games and have not had any problems. Will be tring Star Craft 2 soon can't wait.
Summary: Very quiet and cool, gives everything you need of a gtx 460 card, plays all my games in high. With dual fan and high quality product, I can overclock the processor to 800, and 3900 memory without changing voltage. Im very satisfied with this product.
Summary: Replaced my ATI in a AMD system and this card has been flawless over the 2 months I've had it. I work it pretty rigorously. I am not running any additional cooling and have never had an issue with the card.
Summary: As far as performance, this card will give you everything you expect from a 1GB GTX 460. The reason a lot of people go after this card is the noise levels. It is commonly considered to be the quietest of the GTX 460s. It isn't silent by any means, particularly under stress, but it is comparatively quiet and I think most people would be ok with its noise levels (unless going for absolutely silent, in which case I don't know of any card that will be quiet enough at this...
Summary: I've been wanting to change my graphics card for a while now and I was going after a GeForce, since I previously owned one (I had a GeForce 8600 GT, so it was a massive change). I read many, many reviews, from various sites, and I found out that the Gigabyte's GTX 460 was a great card, with a great cooling system (which I really needed because I live in Brazil and it's so hot my GPU would fry), so I went for it.
