Cons: 2 Years left on video card Warranty and Gigabyte will not fix, video card started fire burned my motherboard up cpu and power supply, every other manufacture back there product. but not gigabyte.
Summary: shopping for a new card with only consider EVGA they stand by what they make
Pros: was a nice card , played most games on high
Cons: two weeks out of warranty and they could not fix it and would not replace it , always made me feel like they were working on it , by the responses they sent me by e-mail on the rma process , only knew when I opened the box and it had a tag on it not fixed . Worse company I ever dealt with. Do not...
Pros: its good to play Minecraft , and like world of tanks on low settings .... that's about it
Cons: its bad... reaaaallly bad .... payed 200$ for a crad that crashes after playing some good game for 5 min ... dont even get a blue screen , just system reboot. i bought 16 gb 1866 ram dual chanal ram , because i though it was a bad ram issu ( since i had old ram in my pc ) i have Windows 7 ultimat...
Summary: This card is unstable. It's a well known problem with this card. Gigabyte released a bios update to increase the voltage to handle the overclock. Even with this bios update you probably will not be able to play games that run DirectX11.
Fine... until fans died (7 months) - POOR Customer Service

Summary: Submitted Technical Support Ticket to Gigabyte - NO RESPONSE AFTER 4 DAYS!! :-( After reboot, initial black-screen error said my system rebooted "due to overclocking" - I'm neither overclocking my CPU nor my memory. Bought new memory & sound cards (PCI & PCIe).
Pros: As nice as expected - ran most games at max-to-near-max settings. Generally happy with card until...
Cons: System started rebooting abruptly when I watched any YouTube (or equivalent) video or played any even mildly graphic-intensive game. Originally thought it was an audio card issue. Later discovered that neither fan was moving - spun each with finger, but they stopped in under a second. Swapped out...
Summary: I really wish this thing worked I spent a pretty penny to have 16 months of hard locks and unplayable games. I just refused to believe it was the card. Very disappointed.
Pros: Runs regular windows programs fine
Cons: This thing has been hard locking for the longest time. I've spent time trying to eliminate it as the cause, but after many hours spent swapping everything but this card out, this is the issue: This card cannot handle Directx 11. It will run anything fine in DX9, but anything run in DX11 will cras...
Summary: After getting 3 dud cards, I feel like Gigabyte needs to step up and replace these faulty cards with something that actually works.
Pros: Fast, when it worked. Not too loud.
Cons: First card had driver crashes- Newegg replaced. Second card had the same problem - Gigabyte RMA. Had to harass them to even replace the card since it "tested fine". Got a new card back that worked for about a month before it had the same issue. The driver crash can be fixed by downclocking the ca...
Cons: The card worked okay when I got it but a month or 2 later is when I started getting horrible performance issues. Will never buy gigabyte again, sad to say. Should have dished out the extra dollars for an EVGA card.
