  • Conclusion: We can certainly make a case for the GTX 780 Phantom GLH being the best-performing card in Gainward's arsenal, and not the reference-like Titan. The Phantom's huge heatsink, novel fan placement and decent out-of-the-box frequencies combine to offer overall performance that's at the cutting-edge for single-GPU cards.

  • Summary: Our first look at the GeForce GTX 780 was based on a reference card that operated at the default Nvidia specifications. Performance wise it was still very impressive, providing on average 24% more performance than the GTX 680 and 16% more than the Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition when measuring frame rate performance.
