Summary: I like it and its working well, very quiet in my use. I'm not a major gamer. I'm also not sure that it was a major upgrade in speed over my old nVidia GTX275 but it does have the HDMI output I wanted. Assuming the $30 MIR works, I'm happy with the product and price, but it was poor timing on my part since at the same time the GTX 660 TI became available for circa $70 more. That explains my comment on the MIR.
Summary: After researching many cards in this price class (Spring 2012) I settled on this card. The combination of more cores and more RAM means I can get a few more fps with this card vs. similar priced cards. There are plenty of technical reviews that I saw when researching, so just google the card. The eVGA software lets you control voltage and core speed and monitor fans in a user friendly app.
