Summary: i got this card a year ago when it released. its still the same price, because nvidia built an insane cards for insane people. if your thinking about buying just think to yourself, do i want the best damn thing a computer could ask for? then buy it. its so awesome you dont even need a screen...or anything else. i just till mine what game i wanna play and it just rapes my mind with that game. in fact, it might be typing this...
Summary: Bought this from EVGA when it first came out over a year and a half ago, and even todays modern high end cards are side grades at best. Not sure it's worth the $1000 price tag today since I doubt it will last another year and a half, but when it first came out it pretty much cured that upgrade itch for what will probably end up being over 2 years.
Summary: I've had this card for over a year with no problems. Its very powerful when it comes to gaming. Most games seem to activate both gpus on the card I believe nvidia does a great job keeping their drivers updated. Only the less popular games activate 1 gpu but thats all thats needed for those games. (like indie titles) I chose this card because I was going to SLI two GTX 680's but for the equal price and almost equal performance I went with this.
Summary: Heard all the talk about how great it is and it is incredible,EVGA will give you the option for I think it was $70 for a 10 year warrany yes I said 10 years LOL! I think they have confidence in their product,I bought it. Where I really noticed the difference was playing 3D movies on PowerDvd13 it is incredible!
Summary: Looks awesome and plays everything at max settings without a hiccup. It's a very long card though. I had to replace my computer case to get this bad boy to fit. It requires two 8 pin connectors to power it as we'll, but if your throwing this kinda money for a card your probably aware of this. The card lights up all nice and pretty when running. If price is no object it's a perfect card.
Summary: Well to say the least I am impressed with this graphics card. But for the price I had better be impressed with it. It is all reference, but with EVGAs warranty to make me feel safe with a $1000 investment. The speed in my favorite game Battlefield 3 is actually breathtaking. Buttery smooth on my BenQ 120Hz monitor.
Summary: I had no problems installing this card or getting it set up. Nvidia has really got their game down. Everything looks great; the card chews up games with ease. As an added "bling" bonus, the card looks and feels like a premium product and even lights up when it's on. Very nice product.
